Monster Couture make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
For International delivery please allow up to 21 business days for delivery of in-stock items.

Set out below is important information regarding Monster Couture.
This information must be read before completing an order form or placing an order. By placing an order, you will be deemed to have read and understood the information outlined in this section. Should you have any questions regarding any matter in this section, please contact us.
Contracts and Payments
It is unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Monster Couture. In completing the order form or placing an order, you warrant that you are not a minor or otherwise prohibited from entering into a contract with Monster Couture.
All pricing on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, the price stated that the time of your order will be honored.
Monster Couture accepts payment via Pay Pal which accepts most credit cards. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared and Monster Couture has received full payment.
Monster Couture does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by you if your credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner. If we have reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that Monster Couture does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.
Delivery
Delivery Unless otherwise indicated, orders will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date that payment for the product is received by us.
Delivery will be made via Australia Post or a courier service.
A delivery quote will be sent through on the basis of your order and the size of the end package being sent.
Except for special orders where longer time periods have been stated, please allow approximately 3 - 7 business days days from the date of dispatch for delivery within metropolitan areas in Australia, approximately 14 business days for rural deliveries, and 21 business days for deliveries to New Zealand and overseas deliveries. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.
If you wish your goods to be delivered sooner please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There may be an additional charge for this service.
Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.
Out of stock items
If any item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is able to be ordered by Monster Couture you may place your order on back order. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Monster Couture.
Important information about Monster Couture Gift Vouchers:
* If your Monster Couture Gift Voucher is more than the full purchase price of a Monster Couture item, you may pay any balance remaining using any of the accepted payment methods. Once full payment has been received for the item, the item will be posted to you.
* If the value of your Monster Couture Gift Voucher exceeds the purchase price, you can apply the unused portion towards another purchase or for future purchases. A credit will be recorded in your account. We do not offer cash refunds on unused gift certificates or remaining credit on your account.
* Our return policies are the same with all purchases. However, as Monster Couture Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash, the portion paid will be applied as a credit to your account.
* Monster Couture Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from their issue date.
* Monster Couture Gift Vouchers are not transferable and must only be redeemed by the person nominated on the face of the voucher.
Unique Fabrics
While we take great care to represent our fabrics and embroideries in the truest way possible, please be aware that due to the hand printing of our fabric designs, variations may occur between a seen design and the actual product. However, in ordering an item, you accept the risk of such differences. Obviously we are happy to assist you over the phone should you need any further clarification.
